I been exercising consistently for about 9 months and gained about a quarter inch. I really want to start clamping since girth is what I really want. Im still about a inch away from my goal. Im patient in the length department. I have decent length. I would like to have some terrifying girth to scare the ladies with . If I could do some girth work and come back to length after a deconditioning break from my girth routine would I be able to jumpstart my length gains or does clamping stop them for good?.

This is the kind of question you’ll never find a consenus about. Some people report length gains due to clamping; anyway, even supposing clamping would stop your length gains, after a long deconditioning break you should be able to gain some length.

I guess I have to roll the dice on this one. Im going to start clamping and see how that works for me. Hopefully That what I need to start packing on serious size

What would you a consider a long decon break?.

At least three months.

I gained just over 1/2” in girth, all of it from hanging.

Ok, quick question what is the real purpose of this clamp so I dont feel like a weirdo when im in the store asking for it and the employee gets on the loudspeaker asking for a clamp or if they ask me what I need it for and dont have a good answer.

to organize cables like extensions and cords and stuff like that. They have a small medium and large. The small you will know right away as it looks tiny, you don’t need that one. I had a hard time figuring out which one I needed the medium or large so I bought both. Unless you are small pony or horse you do not need the large. I don’t think anyone uses it.

I was going to make a separate post about this but I’ve decided to post here. How long do you stay on the newbie routine, I know the answer is “until your gains stop” but there are stories of people going 1 year without any gains. My question is how do you know when do change or add on to a routine (clamping hanging etc) because of lack of gains or no gains? I know the newbie routine is to get your penis ready for such exercises but I hate to prolong something thats only going to help.

Start September 2012: BPEL 5.5 " - Short term goal 6.0"/Long term goal - 7.5"

I gained it about a month ago. Right before I had tears from hanging. I was hanging about a month and just started to notice gai s and had to stop due to either bad wrapping technique or hanger settings. I would like to go back to hanging when I have time to commit again. It was the only thing that seem promising and gave me a nice hang. I just got involved with this girl so I only have about a hour a day to exercise and stretching aint doing it for me. So I want to clamp for the winter and go back to hanging when my girth gains slow down a little.

I dont if this been discussed before and think I might I asked but didnt get a answer but since I got some of you old timers on the thread maybe you can give your opinion on this. From what I read most gains are from ligs correct? So if somebody like myself would be happy with some resonable lig gains could I clamp and still get these lig gains in the future just as easy as now since clamping toughens up the tunica and not the ligs? I know Im getting beside myself with questions that I dont think anyone really can speak on but it was a thought I had and wanted to know if it held any weight..
