No not necessarily. As a matter of fact I would say that lig gains are maybe 20% of the total possible gains. Clamping will help with girth and length. Just keep in mind that everyone is different but several people have reported gains with clamping. Tissue can’t grow just in one direction as you grow outward you are also growing length wise.

What is your routine like?

Common sense would tell you if your gains are not averaging 1/16” of an inch every month or two, then something has to be changed. It’s actually better to go back to the drawing board and tweak with what you know from experience than just tack on a few extra jelqs or another exercise and hope for the best. If I never took out my handy dandy magic marker board and went over my stuff, I would have never discovered that clamping and holds, heavy girth work, that pre-exhausts my penis followed by about a hundred wet jelqs exploded my gains like never before. I went back again recently pretending like I didn’t know a thing about PE and discovered the “grease the grove” method which I am looking forwards to experimenting with once I’m healed. Had a blowout clamping too long - Major setback? Not really. Gave me a chance to learn more about pe.

I started january with the newbie routine. I did that for 3 months consistantly for 3 months with no gains just a little better erection quality. I moved on to hanging. The first month I started off with 5 pounds adding a 15 minute set every week until I got to six sets a day 3 in the morning and 3 at night. I did that for about 2 months with no gains in EL just about .5 in bpfsl. I had to take a month off because some tears in the skin at the base. I started back up with newbie routine with Bathmate. For a month and went back to hanging everyday same process adding sets every week. This time I just worked up to 4 sets of 20 minutes with pumping and jelqing before bed. 2 months and finally a .25 inch gain. Once again tears at the base but this time I had bump under the skin that wasnt going away so I took another month off. I started back up a month ago doing 20 minutes of A stretches every night and about 15 minutes of slow jelqi g at about 85%. So far no noticable gains in El but it seem like my bpfsl is up a little bit. I just started added clamping into my routine yesterday and only 50 jelqs to prepare for the clamp after my stretch. So far I noticed my morning wood is hard like I popped a viagara and was getting hard ons looking at every fat ass that walked by so clamping looks real promising. My expansion in the clamp is only .25 so far. Im rock hard in thectheclamp but not turning blue or purple after 10 minutes so Im not at maximum pressure and dont plan on going at that pressure for about a month bit I think I can easily get .5 inch expansion.

Ok, so it sounds to me like you’re doing the same thing over and over. You’re pushing yourself too hard for too long and then hurting yourself. Three sets three times a day is too much if you keep hurting yourself, and it seems you need more time to warm yourself up to longer sets and heavier weights. I mean not to rag on you, but when it comes to pe you need to focus more on any slight pains you may feel before endorphins take over and you hurt yourself without knowing it. I would suggest you stick to a twice a week routine at about half or a quarter of what you were doing, and put in your time for at least six weeks. You will grow from starting up slowly but not as fast. What’s more important is keeping yourself fresh for another month so you don’t spend two months pushing it and almost undo everything right after.

I dont feel like I been pushing myself too hard I ease into everything I do. The only thing I had problem with wss hanging. I think my wrapping was not too good
