Small annoyance after hanging

Hello folks,

I’ve just started my 2˚ month of hanging, currently at 4.7 Lbs, with 3 (sometimes 4) sets in the morning and another 3 sets in the evening. On Saturday sometimes I do a light set and sometimes no sets. My PI are fine.

I’m keeping this low weight for almost 3 weeks and I don’t fell discomfort during hanging. But right after take of the hanger, I feel some small annoyance in the ligs area. It goes away after 2 minutes or so.

My doubts:

Should I maintain this low weight till this annoyance go away? Because, by the threads I’ve read, this isn’t really fatigue.. I have no problems in maintain the 4.7 Lbs on 6/7 sets.

If I do not hurry and extend my periods hanging, like stay a whole month in 5Lbs, than another 2 months in 6 Lbs, it will contribute to cementing?
