I was wondering if anyone that has done the slow squash jelq on a regular basis has noticed any straightening of the penis. Reason I ask is I have a slight bend upward and a slight bend to the left due to Peyronie and I was wondering if anyone has noticed straightening due to the SSJ? I’ve been doing them this week and the expansion is amazing and the dual compression feels like it could also assist in helping straighten the penis if done regularly.

Would like to hear thoughts.. Also what has been people’s results or gains using the SSJ

I have never heard of that one before. Must have originated on another forum.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

So i started a thread yesterday about these jelqs. Can you guys explain how to do these correctly ive watched 3 video’s and they all do something different.

I would love to add these to my jelq routine.

Get 80 % - 90% erect, apply an ok grip at the base (ULI style) remove the blood from glans (as much as possible anyway) and then press the palm of your other hand on the very tip of the glans, trying to compress the shaft on itself, i.e. press the glans straight towards the base. They give good expansion that’s all I can say.

Have heard that exercise Walter5169 just described called "Compressors" as well. (I beleive at one of the other sites.) Maybe you could track down another video using "Compressor" as a search term.

I will note that is an advanced exercise and isn’t for newbies.

It is also considered primarily a girth exercise so I’m not clear how it would straighten a curve.

I will say that pumping straightened out my left curve. Have heard of guys having similar results with extenders. Something to consider down the line.

Not me but take a look at this thread from a guy who "corrected" his curve with pumping and stretching:

Pumping straightened your curve? I’m more interested in girth over length. I have a slight right curve and have been curious of easy ways to straighten without adding a new exercise to my routine. I’ve been interested in pumping for some time. Just haven’t decided on a good pump (yet cheaper).


Starting 10/09/17: BPEL 7” & MSEG 4.75”

Current 12/18/17: 7 1/2" BPEL & 5" MSEG

Goal: BPEL 9” & MSEG 6”

How hard do you push on the tip of the head.

Im not sure thats a jelq
