I’ve been at Thunders for almost 2 weeks. I’m happy to say that I’ve seen a 1/8” gain in length and girth.

I’m am following the newbie routine, but use more heat time at the beginning and end of my routine.

You think two weeks is slow? :)

To all of you embarking on PE, think in terms of many months, a year, even two.

And keep in mind that this is not a race. You are not competing against other guys except in your mind. Slow and steady wins it.

An 1/8th of an inch is a great gain!

If you do just a 16th of an inch every two weeks from here on out to the first 3months, you would have gained almost an inch.

Thats why so many of the senior members say it’s a marathon not a sprint.

I know it not a marathon. I just wanted to post my gain and didn’t know if it was uncommon to see these gains.

Your gain rate is excellent. You are gaining at about the maximum rate the penis is able to gain, therefore your routine is already about as optimum for you as it can be.

If you are still gaining, don’t increase anything. At best it may slow your gains, at worst it may cause your penis to condition faster making long term gains slower. Only increase any aspect of your routine when you have to.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

While 1/8” is a good gain for two weeks, you may want to consider not measuring too frequently.

What happens if you do not gain another 1/8” in the next two weeks? Do you give up? I hope not.

I’m happy for your gains, and hope that you keep with the program.

And I second Firegoat. If something is working, keep it up at that level. You can always increase your effort later. Doing too much too soon is not the road to more gains.

1/8” gain in 2 weeks? Very good in deed. You should not hope that you will be gaining at this rate for 2 years long. That will be a 6.5” gain!! Definitely unrealistic. You will never get that gain. Nobody ever did.

Like you, I am also on newbie routine. If I can get 1” gain in 1 year I will be happy, very very happy.

The rate 1”/year = 0.08”/month = 0.02”/week.

So there is not point in taking measurement of weekly, even monthly progress unless I can visually see clear difference.

asnoman, I went from approximately 6.85 BPEL x just a tad under 5.0 EG to 8.125 BPEL to 5.8 EG in a little less than a year, so nothing is impossible. I must say, I had an Ace in my pocket, my wife helped me with my PE exercises every night that I did exercise and on my days off, we were a bit bored. The key to my gains was consistency. I didn’t have to hide to PE. I always preach the consistency thing, because it is the key to gains.

Bird2 gained 2 inches in 1 year if you can believe that, and I do. Bird2 had a good routine and he too was very consistent.

The only way to gain faster than you already are is to log on to the Internet (which, incidentally, also raises your IQ 40 points and increases your bench press by an order of magnitude).

Both of your gains are awesome and commendable. When I posted the message, I thought 6.5” was too high a gain by any standard. I have never heard such gain. I guess in this site there is no member who has gained 6.5” in length. Well, it’s my guess only. I may be wrong too.

I went back and re-read your post and I misunderstood what you wrote. I think that if a person can gain 6.5 in one year, he would have a dick full of stretch marks wouldn’t he?

This just reminded me of some Indian Sadhus’ effort on their penis. I heard this story somewhere on Internet. They could increase their penis length by hanging weights. By progressively increasing the weight it was possible to elongate it beyond yield point where it would lose it’s elastic property significantly and plastic deformation would take place. However, only length gain was possible. A penis elongated this way would become functionally useless in doing sex.
