Slow and Easy
Since I am new here, I would like to give just a bit of back story. Feel free to skip. I have debated with myself for a long time whether or not I wanted to try PE. I naturally have a strong libido, very hard erections, and have always impressed women by how quickly I am able to get hard and can go multiple times a day. I didn’t want to start PE and risk any sort of injury and put all of this in jeopardy. 2 years ago I found what is currently my dream partner. She is exactly what I want in a woman, including the fact that she has a strong sex drive and wants it at least once a day. The only problem is that she’s one of those women that does indeed seem to have a bigger vagina. She admitted to me that she needs something bigger than me to orgasm. I don’t even come close to feeling like I stretch her, and she loves cervix stimulation, which I am not long enough to reach. These are the reasons that finally pushed me to try PE. 2 weeks ago I bought the size genetics and am trying to go really slow and steady.
Now for my actual question! Should I be doing kegels and reverse kegels in addition to the size genetics? If so, when should I do them? On my off days with the extender, or every day when I take the extender off? I don’t want to stress my penis out and cause any damage.
