Please read it all I think as many as possible should post their opinion here. Thank you very much(-:

Okay, on this page it sometimes looks like everything is healhty and good for your penis. The forum clearly says that it can give injuries if done to hard, but what are the exact injuries and do they actually go away after a couple of rest weeks, does anybody here really know something 100% sure there, and please tell me the member who has done the PE for the longest time, I would really like to talk to him

This is the best side on the Internet, damn good work, many help and guide lines, but what about the things I mention, do the really get taken seriously?

Not even the experienced guys knows alot about this I think, because do we have a member who has done PE for lets say 10 years straight?he could tell us if there really was any bad side efects in the future.

We are dealing with a thing that might give damn good results and give you this great looking penis, but are we forgetting about sensitivity and other problems that we might not notice the first year or two.sensitivity could go away veeery slow and we might not notice until 5 years after PE, and that would kinda destroy all the good work we did on our penis.

I’m actually really disappointed about some guys on this forum, because sometimes it seems that I’m the only one who really cares alot about my sensitivity,
I think we should make a poll on this forum and ask if somebody would have a bigger dick for the cost of lets say 10% of the sensitivity on the penis. Wouldn’t surprise me if more than 40% said yes.

Really, the ones who think the same as me should post here, because maybe I’m wrong, maybe there are people people that are a little scared as me about that.or maybe they are just hiding it because they are scared of telling it.I don’t know,
I’m just a man who likes to speak up, and see if anybody else thinks like me, or have another point of view.

Everybody is so happy about there bick dick I was too when I saw great gains, and that is very good, respect.
But It seems as many of these guys forget about other things as getting damn good pleasure, are we doing this only for the girls and to make them happy or what?make yourself happy and think about other things and not only about your dicks, this sounds as gym forums sometimes(sorry for that comment, but that’s what I think sometimes).
I have a big respect for this forum, really happy about it actually, I’m only disappointed about some of the people on this forum, and I hope that I’m not the only one who doesn’t even want to lose 2% of his sensitivity at the cost of more inches and a better looking penis.

Seriously guys, we all love these exercises, but shouldn’t we use more time to study the nerves on the penis? Nerves are really small, they could easily be damaged by jelq for example, why not?
When you push so much blood into an organ that has a lot of nerves, it might not be so safe and good as we think, am I right or am I just talking shit here?(-;

I Hope many will read this and at least think about it, because if I’m sure about one thing 100%, is that this tecnic has never been studied by professional doctors as for example muscle training, We all know that muscle training is really good for us if we do it right too of course, in muscle training and bodybuilding we have all kinds of information that is doctor tested and we have learned alot of the human muscles and how they develop and what happens when they get damaged etc.

I of course respect all peoples opinions on this post, tell me if you think it’s shit too.

This is not exactly a little thing, think about it guys.

I don’t mean to be rude, but can you be a bit clearer about what you want? I got the following:-

-You think jelqing can be VERY bad (the title)
-You’re scared of losing sensitivity
-Guys are scared of posting about injuries (not clear why, there is an entire dedicated forum here)
-You’re “disappointed about some guys” (again, don’t know why)

Again, not trying to be a dick, just want to clear up what sort of answers you are looking for.

Jelq my boy, jelq like the wind.

Ignorance is Bliss!

I’m a med student, so I hope I can give you a little insight on the subject of nerves, here I go:

When nerves get damaged, it’s no joke, you notice it immediately. When nerves that connect to muscles are damaged, people notice immediate lack of strength (or no function at all) in that muscle. You don’t have to spend years doing a certain exercise to damage a nerve (for example jelqing), because if it were a dangerous and potentially harmful exercise, you would notice it in days, maybe weeks.

Peripheral nerves (like the ones that connect to your whole penis) are covered externally by a sheath of connective tissue, the epineurum, so they are protected externally. Under this layer is another layer, one of flat cells forming a sleeve, the perineurium and finally, surrounding each fibre is the endoneurial sheath. So your nerves are also protected internally.

It would be very unlikely for the nerves of your penis to get damaged by jelqing, because it would also mean that sex would be a hazard for your penis. Evolution has made sex a very enjoyable experience, not dangerous in it’s very physics.

In the worse case scenario, even partially damaged peripheral nerves can regenerate. What can’t regenerate are the nuclei, but these are way up in the ganglia (inside your thorax and abdomen) or inside your skull. Unless you are thinking about smashing your skull with something while jelqing, you probably shouldn’t worry about nerve damage.

You might experience what would feel like a “loss of sensitivity”, but it’s not because of nerve damage, it’s because you get accustomed to a certain amount of stimulation. Jerking off on a daily basis should have the same effect. This will probably make it a little harder for you to cum, but last time I checked, that’s a good thing.

True loss of sensitivity would be if you were to stimulate the tip of your glans with a very light object (say, a hair, or a feather) and not feel anything at all. If that’s your case, please see a doctor.

I hope this helps. Over and out.

Lack of sensitivity usually means that the person lsts longer which most times is good for the person who wants it. I know I do lthough PE hasn’t changed my sensitivity much for my improvement. If you want a bigger dick with the same sensitivity or more you can do that also.

Injuries are usually caused by people who are overenthusiastic or people who plain out over did it. Now, if you injured you stuff, would you want it to stay that way? Most people would say no, we want it fixed. THat is why, as Klayton said, we have an entire forum to it. From which you would find a lot of information.

Obsession is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated.

1. On what basis do you title a thread " Jelq can be VERY bad for you"? I see you posting concerns, but nothing that supports your title that jelq IS very bad for you.

2. If you are that concerned that jelqing or any other form of PE is the slightest bit bad for you, don’t do it. Leave your penis alone. If you’re waiting for a formal medical study, you will be waiting a very very long time, my friend. However, there is a very good thread here, Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!, that is all about monitoring the condition of your penis as you PE.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Yeah, I agree with Lampwick, the title of your post is very alarming. I myself thought ‘holy shit!’ when I read the title. I then felt relieved after I read the post.

Thanks for expressing your concerns. I agree that sometimes things are taken here without enough critical examination, under a presumption that building a bigger dick is always unquestionably a good thing.

It’s good to hear the reassuring opinion of someone with real medical and physiological knowledge on the subject. I think that’s what we need more of, real scientific information.

And I think the point is well taken that if jelqing isn’t damaging, if it results in a bit of reduced sensitivity or increased ability to take prolonged stimulation, that may be a good thing for many of us. I think a lot of guys have, through cultural exposure such as masturbation habits and possibly also effects of circumcision, have ended up being too quick to ejaculate and too easily stimulated, and so some re-training may be appropriate. But that’s the sort of thing that individuals need good information about, to make informed decisions based on their personal circumstances.

Starting, summer '06: 6" EL, 6.5" BPEL, 5.5" EG / Currently: Approximately .4" length and .25" girth gains / Stretched ligs .5" - .6", increasing PBFL and flacid hang

Goal: 7.25" BPEL x 5.75" EG, currently over HALF WAY THERE! on length and ACHIEVED GIRTH!

Piercings: 4 Gauge PA (currently not wearing), Two 4 Gauge upper frenums, other non-genital

It’s easy my friend.the main problem is.are we ignoring the possible injuries in the sensitivity nerves, and should we know more about how our penis recovers from jelq sessions.

Is it dangerous in to continue PE for a long time.

Do some men prefer bigger dicks and don’t care about losing sensitivity?

These are the main problems, read it again maybe.I’m not only asking things, I’m trying to get a debate on, because I think it’s ignored a little, the concerns about sensitivity, it’s the most important part of the dick, we should have alot more information about it in my opinion. If we damage nerves there I don’t think they will recover never.

What if you lost alot of that’s sensitivity?if you look in the forums they are some guys who actually had so many problems, about things like that they didn’t ejaculate for 6 hours with their girlfriend. And not few have said that they lost sensitivity and that they had erection problems for some weeks, that ain’t no good sign even though the body recovers.we also recover from a heart attack, but is it good for us?NO.that’s my point, is jelq actually good for us in long terms, AND not talking about the size gains.but the injuries that might come after. Is it worth it?

Heheh.of course it sounds alarming, then people read it, sorry for making you worried.

Peripheral nerve endings do recover. That’s a fact. I’m trying to tell you that it’s practically impossible for jelqing to damage nerves.

Alexandro19 stop doing PE if you are so concerned.

Wishing and hoping for the best - yup your doing it wrong.

I’ve heard about people that have damaged their penis for life for doing jelqs or some other tecnics on this web-page, that’s why I post it like that.

I would also like to talk with the most experienced guy on this web-page if I could, he could inform us weather he has lost anything in sensitivity or erection strenght.

Nothing so far has happened with my penis; but I only use the jelq and use if sometimes only. If I knew more about the sensitivity nerves on the dick and if we damage them doing jelqs.then I would do it more of course.I’m just a guy who is scared of losing sensitivity because of these exercises that sound really hard in theory.because when have we heard of recovering damaged tissue.is that good?even though we are not having problems now they might come in the future

Sernind.thank you aaalot for that post.that was what I needed I think, one who actually knew a little about the nerve thing. Where did you read that, could you give a link or something maybe?

Thx
