Hey guys,

I’m new and doing the newbie routine. I read up on stretches but I am having a slight problem:

When stretching, I pull about an inch below my glans (or right under my glans) but usually I have so much skin in my hand that I just pull a lot of skin with my penis.. And my penis goes under my skin.

I have to actually pull right under the glans to get anything, but I’m not sure about that. Something feels dangerous about that.

I am circumcised if that helps. My penis is about 1.0 -4.0” flaccid (changes all the time).

Is the idea of stretches to stretch the ligaments on the base of the penis, or the actual structure of the penis? When I stretch the skin beyond my penis length, I only feel it in my ligs and it’s pretty uncomfortable.


As of 5/1/05 BPEL = 6.50" EG = 5.25" 5/20/05 BPEL = 7.00" (This is at the peak right before an orgasm) EG = 5.38" First Goal BPEL = 8.50" EG = 6.25" FL > 5.00" (haven't done PE since about August of 2005)

Getting back into it for a week now, same goals as before, but..

1/10/2010 BPEL = 6.625", EG = 5.25" ... Really wish I did PE for the last 4+ years. Who knows where I would be at.

Get a grib behind the glans and try to disperse it by using the rest of your fingers around the shaft.


Recognize.

When stretching, my little finger is on the glans and my forefinger on the upper half of the shaft, providing force by my first two fingers and not by my little finger. That is how I get the best stretch.

I stretch either this way, or, as follows.

An overhand OK grip formed just behind the head, I stretch this way 95% of the time.
It gives me a great stretch I feel.:)

When stretching downwards. Stretching upwards, I press most with little finger on the shaft.

I read a little bit of toilet paper helps when you have slippage.

I would recommend using latex gloves when you stretch.
