So I have been experiencing slight to moderate tingling in my penis for a few weeks now (mostly near glans area).
This is my routine : (2 days on 1 day off) 10 min hot wrap, 200 jelqs and for warm down I just have a shower.

What should I do now? Should I take a break or what?

Ease up the grip and/or do at lower erection level. Why aren’t you stretching?

ok i will try reducing grip. i have not been stretching since i just need 0.2 inch to reach my temporary girth goal of 5.8 inch, so i thought i would start stretching after reaching my girth goal.

and also does stretching before jelqing have any good or bad effects on my girth gains? thank you

One typically goes for girth gains only after one reaches his length gains. Gaining girth first makes later length gains more difficult.


Started (6-10-12) BPEL: 7.000", NBPEL: 6.0" EG: not certain

Current (10-20-13) BPEL: 7.75", NBPEL: 6.375", EG: 4.875"

Goal: NBPEL: 7.5", EG: 5.5"

I had a tingling in my penis and glands for about a month when I first started too. The second month it went away and then after the third month I quit for a while. I’m back into it now for about two weeks and no tingling again. I think it is just the penis getting used to being worked out the first time. I also stretched during my no jelqing time so that may have helped keep it in condition a bit.

If the tingling goes away it might mean the nerves are being dampened from a workout, then the tingling comes back again after a period of rest. I’ve found this. The best solution is to minimise the stress placed on or near the glans.
