Actually, taking NSAID’s (Non Steroidal Antiimflammatory Drugs) may mask the real condition of the ailment.

IMO, you should schedule a visit to the Urologist, Ibuprofen or no Ibuprofen. The responsible thing to do is to have that ball checked by a competent physician.
