Slight bruising at the base after stretching.
So I’ve been stretching down, left , right for 30 second reps 5 times each the past 4weeks. At the base of my penis I have a small bruise that really isn’t that bad at all (no pain etc).
I was just wondering if this is the beginning steps of the ligaments popping or should I treat this like an injury and not do any stretching for awhile? If I stop stretching should I at least continue the jelq? The bruise is positioned at such a point where I won’t even be touching it unless I’m gripping very low into the base.
