I made a quick hanger with some cloth and ducktape, and I have to say I love it.
When I’m laying down, instead of hanging weights, I can attach it to my knee, and get the same stretch. I really want to wear it at night, but I’m not sure how safe that is. Has anyone tried this?
By the way, what’s it called when you attach a hanger to your leg. Is it still a hanger or does it become a modded out stretcher?
