I am attempting to get back into PE, but I have a random sleep schedule. Keeping a sleep schedule is very difficult due to work and other activities, so my sleep is very sporadic. On good days I am able to sleep for about 4-5 hours. I am wondering if sleep will have an influence on gains. I know that sleep is essential for healing, but I am not sure about it. Does anyone else have odd sleep schedules yet manage their PE? Anyone know the importance of sleep and PE?
