Hi guys,

A question about tactics. A number of threads on here suggest that the thicker you are girth-wise, the more effort may be required to bring about length gains - in other words, stretching the ligands in a penis that’s pretty thick is going to involve overcoming a lot more resistance than in one that is thinner.

If you are a guy (like me) to whom nature gave a SUB-average girth (in my case 4.5” erect, even less flaccid), is there any value in focussing on length now until a reasonable goal is reached, say 7” (I’m 6” now), and then to focus on girth?

I appreciate that the newbie routine allows for growth in both departments, but something tells me I should be taking advantage of the ONLY benefit of a skinny willy and pushing ahead in length while it’s a little bit easier.

If anyone has had success or something worth reporting, let me know, I’d be keen to hear (But please, don’t just say “I gained in both over time” - I already know that that is possible! This is about whether skinniness might have some temporary value in the PE regime.)

This could be very helpful for all guys in my category.

This information I new to me! I’ve not herd that skinny EG units are able to gain in length more that those who have larger EG, I’m only 4.9 EG and 6.3 NBPEL I think I will take the same path as you and try to gain a NBPEL of 7 before worrying about my girth. Any one Else got any suggestions for us below 5” girth guys ?

I think when starting is better doing a rounded routine, and only after some months focus on one dimension.

There are a number of reason for that : for example, stretchins is a lenght only exersise, but for some unknow reason somebody get only girth gains from it; the reciprocal is true for jelq. So, once you have enough experience to figure out how a given exercise works on you, you can do a more educated plan.

Napletek, you’re an inspiration. I have similar dimensions and I’m about to start.

My favorite exercise works great for length and girth simultaneously and doesn’t take much time out of the day. All you do is an upside-down OK grip on your flaccid penis about mid-shaft, give it a firm but comfortable squeeze, pull toward the ground such that the blood from mid-shaft and up gets pooled into the glans area, and hold this for several seconds. You will notice that your penis looks a lot meatier after the first stretch. Repeat several times, making sure you don’t get too much blood in the penis so as to avoid hurting yourself! If you want to work on base girth, do the same exercise but OK grip at the base and pull to mid-shaft as you stretch downwardly. I believe it is unsafe to pull from the base all the way up so that all the blood from your penis is in the glans area. Anyhow, this is the exercise I would recommend to you fellows. Certainly don’t obsess on girth exercises when you are starting out as girth is much harder to come by and you will be more likely to get discouraged. Nonetheless, if you do the exercise I mentioned you will see gains in girth and length and erection quality, etc. Another idea I recommend to anyone is an All-Day Stretcher. Do some research and find one that works for you!

Glad that I have given you some encouragement, tumcat98. For those our size, the possibility of enlargement comes as a HUGE piece of good news! I might post pics to show the hard evidence (excuse the pun) sometime soon ;-)

As you can see in my stats, what marinera says about girth increases occurring naturally with any PE exercise is clearly right. It’s just a question of maximising the benefit that skinny guys like me have and elongating our penis while it’s easier to do rather than focus on girth, which will make the question of increased length a lot harder. I like the analogy of a rubber band - pulling one to it’s stretched limit is relatively easy, but pulling ten to their stretched limit at the same time is damn hard - the collective strength of more fibres resisting being stretched makes it much more difficult. It seems to be the case (and I would love some guys on here to say so if they have had this experience) that the same would hold true for the penis.

Skinny guys may not have been naturally blessed, but they do hold one natural advantage in that it seems they stretch more easily. As such, it seems advantageous for them to focus on stretching. For most guys who have average length and average girth, I agree that I would commence a regime that increases both length and girth over time - but when one element of PE comes easier at first, it seems logical to target that. At least - that’s my theory! Anyone who started quite skinny (I.e. <5” starting girth) is welcome to share their story if they have something positive to contribute.
