Skin stretching and no longer tight

So I’m fairly new to PE. I bought a Bathmate about a year ago and used it for 6 months. It was a lot of fun and did increase my girth by almost .25” (no length gains). I was very regular with it but overdid it like most and created some discoloration. I’ve since stopped using the bathmate and focus on the Newbie routine now, and do many firegoat rolls throughout the day. What I have really noticed is the skin on my penis is very wrinkly and seems much more stretched out now since using the bathmate (which I think shows the discoloration much more). There are many times which my flaccid state almost makes me look uncut (I was circumcised as a baby but they did leave a little more skin than some). Has anyone else experienced the skin stretching to the point of not going back to the same tightness? If so, were you able to make it go back to normal? I will say with the “extra” skin, it makes jelqing more difficult as the skin moves and bunches up in my hand towards the glans. I’ve been using an all natural homemade oil on my penis daily now that is supposed to help with skin elasticity, my wife made it for our faces since we’re starting to get more wrinkles.

I’d appreciate some advice on this. Seems like some sensitivity has also diminished in the shaft, but sometimes the feeling of the skin over the glans can be heavenly (now I understand why some guys do foreskin restoration).

You’re describing the side effects of fluid buildup. There isn’t really an exercise to return elasticity and tightness to the skin. We generally get skin stretch with many devices and exercises.

But try anti wrinkle creams, apply them often. Skin tightening is their purpose. You may see some success.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm 7 years in and counting. Put the work in then the gains will come. All you have to do is keep the faith.

Thanks Thoutfulgold, the oil my wife put together is supposed to be skin tightening which I think is working. So will firegoat rolls help me reduce the fluid retention? Isn’t fluid retention what gives us the post workout “pump” effect?

Yes, the Firegoat rolls may help. But I’m saying “may” and fluid retention already goes away. Stretched skin from past workouts cannot be simply massaged back to perfect tension. Otherwise that would be another cosmetic profession. *chuckles*

Negative. The desired “pump effect” is not based on fluid retention. Pump effects widen your blood vessels and tissues. Fluid retention occurs when the intensity and duration of the vacuum effect you’re using exceeds what your penis can take.

Meaning, in shorter words, that engorging your penis with blood has a finite limit. When that is hit, fluid begins to gather instead. The consensus of most Pump Theory is that fluid retention is not wanted and is dangerous. There are some pumpers who find benefit in it but they also deal with the stretched skin you complain of, more often than not and place themselves at risk for other issues.

You are supposed to pump until you are plump and stretched from the vacuum effect stretching your tissues and drawing more blood in. This is separate from fluid retention but the line is thin and hard to draw. Seldom do you get a pump session with good engorging and no fluid retention. However, this is something I suggest doing more reading on. While I am a pumper, I’m only one voice on this topic.

This does give me a lot of insight, thank you. I’ll do some more research on how to determine the limit for myself so I don’t retain the fluid as much. I know when I first got my bathmate I did go pretty easy at first, but there were more than a handful of times that I’d be home alone, have a couple drinks and decided I wanted to plump my little guy up to max. Sure it was fun and looked great, but now I’m paying the price. Hopefully doing manual exercises now will increase my size to use the extra skin to my advantage.

So I’ve been using this serum my wife made and I think it’s helping with the wrinkles on my dick. It seems much smoother now and not nearly as dark (wife said it looked tan last night). Might also be that my flaccid state is starting to fluff up a little more than normal due to PE, which I’m very happy about. Maybe within 6 months I won’t be ashamed to drop the towel and let him flop all over!
