Skin on glans raw from PE


Can someone recommend a way to keep the skin on my glans from getting raw and beat up from PE exercises (mainly stretches where I am pulling from the glans)? Thank you!

Firstly, I’d pretty strongly recommend not putting any undue pressure on the glans. Stretch holding on below the glans-not the glans itself. There are so many nerves and blood vessels there to damage. Also, if your skin is raw and sore please reconsider the amount of force you’re using.
