This is a skeptics thread. I’ve had previous experiences with jelqing, I did it for 3 months, never gained anything, then again maybe 5 years later, for about 2 months where I might have gained 1/4 of an inch, or maybe I did not measure properly the first time.

The first time I did it, I will admit I did not use proper technique, then the second time I tried, I never really had a consistent routine; I would jelq for 10 to 30 minutes, no stretching, and my on and off days would vary.

I haven’t done anything for maybe a month an a half. I started the newbie routine, 10 minutes stretching and 10 to 12 minutes jelqing, with the a warm wrap before and after the session, 2 days on 1 off, on the 24 of September.

I’ve seen some before and after pictures of some members and can’t believe this doesn’t work. So I am really optimistic this time, and though I am still skeptical about the whole matter, I will put forth effort and dedication this time around.

Please, I will greatly appreciate any advice, or tips, or anything helpful, whether it be information on techniques or success stories.

I’ll be posting more precise BPEL measurements soon, but I believe I am at 7 BPEL.

Check your PI’s.

Measure your Erectile quality often.

Never underestimate the jelq.

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

What would you recommend for the warm up, I just use a hot towel wrap.

Just measured, and I am at 7 1/4 BPEL. I might have gained a millimeter, but not an entire forth of an inch I am sure, my original 7 BPEL was only an estimate.

Also, you can add to my routine ballooning, I don’t ejaculate when I have sex with my girl unless it’s an off day; it also does good for my stamina.

Ballooning is stellar for stamina. Keep that up for sure.

For the warm up, the towel wrap will do just fine.

I noticed you gained more girth than you did length, what’s your routine? Myself, I am more interested in girth, I haven’t measured because I figure if I make any significant gains, I will feel it when I grab it. If I can barely touch my index finger with my thumb, I’m happy. Thats about 5 1/2 inches. Anything beyond that would be lovely aswell.

From December to mid-january I just jelqed about 300 strokes of 2 seconds each every time I got in the hot shower and heat up for about 5-10 minutes. 4, maybe 5 times a week. Noticed amazing EQ within the first few days and noticed gains within a month and a half. Since then I have been extremely lazy, on and off with PE. Experimented with stretching, which did not do any good for my EQ. I guess I did not master it well enough. I also lost morning wood from (i guess improper) stretching.

Planning to work my way up, starting this week, to a solid half hour of low-erection, slooow strokes with frequent heating.

And yeah, don’t measure often. It’s kind of like going to the gym to pump iron and check yourself in the mirror to see if your biceps have grown since twenty minutes ago.

In my experience…

  • It takes about 3 weeks of consistent effort to honestly evaluate any new routine or changes to an existing routine
  • Do just enough. Too much is always bad.
  • Either increase duration, or intensity, never both.
  • Soreness is okay, but pain is bad.
  • If something is working, don’t change anything until it stops working.
  • Learn the basics first. Manual stretching and jelquing are not only safer but they will teach you how to recognize fatigue and growth stimulus without a great risk of injury.
  • Don’t measure too often, and don’t count anything less than 1/4” gain. I don’t know how anyone can get measurements that are consistently accurate down to a few millimetres, but I certainly can’t.

Mjolnir, what do you mean by just enough?

17ml You got gained 3/4 of an inch in girth, maybe more, whats your routine? Did you focus on girth specifically?

And can anybody tell me how long they stuck to the newbie routine jelqing for only ten minutes, how many weeks was it until they increased it to 20 minutes, and then to 30.

I dont jelq anymore or very rarely. I stopped when started to use ADS. I always had a major problem to get erection for jelqing and remaining it. It was so frustrating. Now when wearing ADS and litlle hanging this seems more sensible to me. I sure have had gains from ADS, even some girth gains albeit many say that ADS dont give girth gains.

I´ll see what I get from 6-8 months wearing ADS and propably stop it then. My lenght is pretty good. After stopping ADS i propably start again jelqing and clamping for girth. This ADS is painfull and takes a lot of time but right now I am in situation I can wear this basically as much as my unit can take it from pain. Just be dedicated and you´ll see gain results.

Increase intensity or duration just enough to start seeing gains, but no more. Otherwise you are risking injury and possibly conditioning the penis in a way that it might become more resistant to future gains.

Gains should be coaxed, not forced.

So as long as I see progress, I should stick to jelqing for 10 minutes? What if I don’t see any gains in a month, should I then increase the duration?
