Today I jelqed more erect than I had been doing for the past two weeks, I noticed that at the end of my sessions, the vain that runs along the top of the shaft was engorged! It looked MEAN!! I know the vain that runs along the side got big (permanently) from my previous attempts at PE, if this one were to get as big, it would be GREAT!

Do not worry about engorged veins.

My are like that 24/7,unless it’s very cold outside.

Nice, are you new to this, or have you done this previously, if so, what have you gained. Also, today I jelqed as I did yesterday, maybe a little less erect, I noticed my my dick was fatter than it has ever been, even during jelqing. Is this a positive indicator? I had some liqiud build up along the side, I think it’s called doughnut effect, but it subsided before the end of the night, and today I had some also, but it’s been less than an hour and it’s mostly gone. No red spotting, no pain, not even sore. Can anyone help me out, is this good or bad, or neutral.

I was just looking to increase flaccid length to 5 or 6 inches. Anything else is just a bonus.

I think the flaccid length is subjective to temperature, but if your 7 x 6 your packing heat where it counts! If I were on your level I wouldn’t care if my dick was invisible when flaccid! Shit, my dick could be 5 x 6, you got mean girth!

If you’re following the newbie routine it says to increase the duration over 6 weeks. If you’re still having gains by the end then that would probably be a good place to stay for a while. It’s highly unlikely that anything in the routine will be too intense.

That’s really up to you. If you’re following the newbie routine that will give you 6 weeks of specific routine to follow, at which point you can decide what variables (if any) you want to change.

The newbie routine is the most proven PE routine I know of and following it to the letter would likely be a starting point for critically evaluating the effectiveness of PE.

As I recall the newbie routine went quite well for me, but I don’t have the exact results.

As with many other people, I was not particularly thorough in my documentation of my early PE days something which I now regret. “After” photos really don’t do much good without “before” pics. :)

That’s cool, I’ve noticed lymphatic fluid building up under the glands after my sessions at a hihger erection level, should I jelq less erect?

More erect, less erect. Which one works better? From personal experiences please.
