Skeptical at first but a little girth gain
I’m not skeptical that PE works. Too many good stories in here to not believe. Just didn’t think it would work on me.
I have been doing a newbie routine for about 2 months with a 2 on 1 off during the week and off on the weekend. Jelqing, stretching and sometimes ADS if I remember or feel like it.
I measured my mid girth on 9/3 and it was at 4.357 and today I measured 4.53 so it is growing!! I needed this little bit to give me a mental boost that this would work.
Now I will push on in hopes of getting to 5.
