I have lost a .2 in girth over the last 3 months of PE, and have gained ZERO length whatsoever.

I have had no negative PI’s and am freaking out.

Why is this happening if I have had no indicators that I am over working my unit, and will it come back?

I got into PE to improve my self confidence and the size of my unit, not to decrease my size, and want to kill myself.

Any feedback would be much appreciated, thanks.

It would help us to know your routine, and also has there been any significant change in your life like some disease, fatigue (not only PE related), lack of sleep or anything else you can think of that could be causing this?

Remember if you are too stressed or in this case obsessed with making your penis bigger your erections might be suffering.

I have over obsessed on the idea of getting a bigger penis, but am not going to do anything stupid.

My routine consists of 10 minutes of jelqing and that’s it.

Any ideas?

Well are you taking rest days? How hard is your grip? How high is your erection level when you jelq?

And then again, is there anything else that could be causing this (non PE related)?

If 10 minutes of jelging is all you do, you need to take a look at the Newbie Routine, for starters.

Normally (from what I read here), once you “cement” a girth gain, it pretty much stays with you. Length can be more variable if you stop PE entirely.

By the way, try to find a better reason for considering suicide than .2 loss of penile girth. Like, your entire family was wiped out by a serial killer AND you lost your job the same day and the bank will foreclose, AND you were just told you have a terminal illness. Stuff like that.

Avocet that’s pretty funny, man. I’m not considering suicide, I’m just saying that any loss of size sucks, and I used that terminology as a metaphor for how I feel.

My grip is moderately tight, but nothing to extreme. I feel no pain when I jelq, so I would grip as hard as I needed to in order to see expansion above my grip.

Is this common to lose a little when your working too hard without any pain? And if the answer is yes then how long will it take to get back?

I have looked at the newbie routine, many times. It’s my routine minus the stretching.

Anybody else experienced size loss and got it back?

How’s your erection hardness? You might be experiencing ED.

Jelqing can give you negative PIs if your grip is too strong or if your tool goes almost flaccid and continue the stroke (I did this).

Wait a few days/weeks and start over again after you get your erection quality back.

My EQ is fine, no difference pre PE.

Donpatch, nearly all of us have setbacks in our programs, and at least you have spent a few months developing the habit of PE and conditioning your dick to it.

I suggest go back to the instructions for jelqing, watch the video clips and be sure you are doing it correctly.

Then you can construct a new program. By all means post it to the group for comment. Since 10 minutes was ineffective you can increase the workload a bit.

Why did you omit the stretching from the newbie routine? I suggest give it a try. A program should generally have more than one technique. Stretches can be uncomfortable and awkward, but are part of most programs.

This is going to sound weird but.. are you measuring differently?

I remember I had a fluctuating girth when measuring with a string for a while because I couldn’t get the string to cut across consistantly each time, giving different results. You can test this with a cucumber by cutting pieces diagonally and straight and measuring the circumference that way. For me, things did get more consistent but I not until I started measuring with Fabric tape (just a month ago) since it made it that much harder for me to measure incorrectly, and had a technical loss of about 0.2” girth but I’m gaining girth too so it was more like 0.15”. according to the stats.

I did have length gains though.


Size is little more than a controllable perception without an accurate means of measurement.

I’ve been jelqing for more than 6 months. This is what I have learned.

Heat has improved my results by 200% compared to no heat, do a warm up before you jelq.

Try to jelq slowly, 4-5 seconds per stroke with a semi erection. The goal is to keep the tissues expanded for the longest time possible.
Jelquing too quickly is likely to expand the penis tissues too much and increase the chances of injury which can cause shrinkage.

I experienced a little bit of girth size loss 2-3 weeks after starting PE, I was dry jelquing at 80-90% erection. I read the thread linked above and changed my routine. I gained the losses back after a few weeks.

I second that. Doesn’t make sense to lose girth by doing some jelqing.


Start: 6.3 BPEL x 4.5 MSEG & 4.5 BSEG

Now: 7.7 x 4.7 x 5.5 BSEG

Goal: 8 x 6

Even if he measured correctly .2/pi = .06 inches of diameter lost or about 3.6% circumference on a 5.5 in. girth or 7% cross sectional area. Next to nothing.

The penis has a tiny amount of skin therefore a tiny amount of subcutaneous fat. You been losing weight? Maybe you were less hydrated for the second measurement. Or a teensy bit less hard. Or you squashed you urethra the second time. All perfectly valid reasons to kill yourself if you need an excuse.
