Size day after a huge jelq session/ rest days

Do you find that you’re a little under measured on rest days. I’ve been finding if I do a big jelq session the day or so after , or if it has been 2-3 days in a row, my next day measurements are a little on the lower side. Anyone else get this?

You are probably over working your unit.. If I measure on rest day it’s usually progressing.

I would also suggest not measuring so often.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

For me it isn’t measuring because I think I’m going to gain an inch in a day, but rather to see how my workouts/recovery affect length

I believe this is as a result of smooth muscle inflammation. I used to get it for one/two days after a session; it only tends to remain true the day I exercise now and my bigger size returns the following day.

Do you think its over working it or rather just the bodies natural process. Would taking asprin help?
