Six Weeks into the Newbie Routine

I’ve just complete six weeks of the newbie routine. Per the instructions, I slowly increased my work volume to 600 wet jelqs and ten minutes of manual stretching, along with 50 kegels. I’m following the suggested 2 days on, one day off schedule. Now that’s I’ve worked my way up to the full number of reps, I’m assuming I should keep doing that same workout for at least the next six weeks. Will you guys please confirm that for me? Thanks.

So……any gains?

Current NBPEL=6 1/8" , BPEL=6 7/8" , EG=4 15/16", BPFSL=7"

Goal NBPEL=7", EG=5.5"

Yes, stick with the routine adding more jelqs if you’re properly conditioned. I’d also consider adding time to the manual stretches.

whynottry11: Not sure about gains yet. I’m trying to resist the temptation to measure until I hit the 12 week mark. I’d hate to measure too soon, not show any gains, and them lose some of my focus and motivation.

Titleist: I’d like to add some more time to my manual stretches — they’ve become my favorite part of my routine. Any suggestions? I’m totally willing to put in the time, I just don’t want to overdo it.

Good man, I am on the month to month measuring plan. I gained a little but at this stage it is much more likely that is is better EQ but still one helluva motivator!

I have increased my stretching by 10 seconds per stretch in the past two weeks.
