Six weeks after circumcision - can I safely start PE?

Six weeks post circumcision and currently experimenting with wet jelqs & stretching. (Technique only at this point) My two post op check ups have gone well and I have been given full go ahead for sex & masterbation. Any advise on when I can safely start the newbie routine?

After finding this site and reading though multiple threads, I am eager to get started.

I would suggest taking another two weeks off: circumcision take time to heal and it’s very sensitive

Proceed with caution, of course. You don’t want to do anything to put too much stress on that healing.

Something to consider when you do resume PE - you could stop your wet jelqs well short of the ‘cut line’ (for want of a better term), and do stretched where your grip is closer to the body than the cut line.

The forces involved with PE are different than those of masturbation or intercourse, so clearance for those is not necessary clearance for PE.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Thanks for the advice. I will try my best to abstain while doing more Thundersplace research. I may continue doing some light technique work similar to what Lampwick recommends in preparation for upcoming PE program.

I have one last appointment with my Urologist in 4 weeks. (Highly reputed as one of the best Urologist in the US) I plan to ask him his opinion on penis enlargement, Jelqing, Kegals, etc.. Any ideas on best way to pose the questions for reasonable response? I hope to obtain an in depth opinion in lieu of him telling me I’m nuts. He has already instructed me to stay off the Internet for medical advise due to me quizzing him about circumcision techniques, medicine to limit nighttime erections, etc.

Agree with Thunder and sta. There’s nothing to be gained by doing PE too soon, and potentially a lot to lose. The techniques I mentioned should be your baby steps into PE only well after you’re completely sure you’re 100% healed. I wouldn’t do them yet if it was my dick.

And if your urologist has already instructed you to stay off the Internet for medical advice for something as mainstream as circumcision, I’m finding it hard to imagine in what credible context you’d be able to bring up PE. Sounds like one of those crazy Internet notions to me.

Ok, agreed - no go for a couple of months. Definitely easier decision after reading some of today’s permanent ED warnings.

I wish I could have back that part of my penis that was cut off. At least you had a part of your life in which you can remember your foreskin. Do you miss it yet?

Yes, I miss it every morning I take a shower! Unlike my wife who likes sex only when she wants it, my foreskin never said no to my daily need for release. (Not sure why yet, but I am having a very hard time ejaculating during morning masturbation without my foreskin) Although the quick shower masturbation sessions probably led to some premature ejaculation troubles, I miss my reliable sex partner from the past.

I visited 3 different doctors along with a dermatologist in search of a way to keep my foreskin, but received no hope for relief of severe phimosis. I think partly due to the pro-circumcision bias here in the states.

It is interesting how women can apparently turn sensation off and on. Depending on the “mood”. But I guess that is a whole ‘nother thread.

From what I have read, the mainstream medical community has a sour attitude regarding just about all forms of penis enlargement. When you have so many healthy fellas with success stories, and photographic evidence available, it is puzzling as to why. Of course, there is no money to be gained. Impure motives may be showing. I wouldnt bring it up with the urologist.

Dpbig,

Let it heal completely!!! PE is not so vital that you need to do it so you can put it off until the sutures and area heals and becomes less puffy. I was circumcised three years ago so I know what I’m talking about. It’s a good idea to use ointments on it to keep it moist. On other days, let it air out. Good luck.

Yup, give yourself a lot more time to heal fully before you think about PE.

Masturbation should become easier once the skin is more healed and you can stretch it as needed to roll the ordinary shaft skin over the glans.

Please :donatecar to Thunder's Place to keep it running.

Believe it or not, PE will likely grow your foreskin significantly.
