Started March 8, 2010:
BPFL 3.7-4” FG 3.9”
BPEL 5.9” EG 4.7”
Current September 8, 2010:
BPFL 4.8-5.2” FG 4.2”
BPEL 6.7” EG 5”

Routine?


Dec '09 : NBPEL: 6'' x EG: 5.1'' x FL: 2" -----> Aug '10 : NBPEL: 6.3'' x EG: 5.6'' x FL: 2"

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

Goal: EL: 7.25" x EG: 6.2" x FL: 4"

Demerit 1:

3-4 min warm
3 set @ 30 sec ea, stretch: straight out rt. Lft. Dn. Up.
Wet jelq, 15 min. 60-70 percent erect, four count, med. Pressure
3 sets, 5 kegals reps, ” Power stretches”, str out, rt, lft, dn, up
5 min. "Horizontal movements”
3 min. “Needling” (sometimes)
Should follow with 100 or so Kegals but after the power stretches I usually can’t get it up for them.

Nice gains howardson. Keep working long & hard ;)

How has your EQ and morning wood been over this period?

Very impressive gains for 6 months! I would continue on the same routine until it stops working for you. Be careful as this is about the time I felt I knew enough and then overdid it - leading to a slight injury that forced me to take a few months off.
