So I was reading all this stuff on LOT.. And I sorta would start to think I understood it and then not quite when I read something else so I just wanna ask 2 questions (1 about LOT, and 1 other).

1. So your loss of tugback is determined by stretching your penis straight up and kegeling at every hour until you realize that it’s not pulling back anymore? AND if you have a low tugback.. Does this mean that the hour that your penis stopped tugging back was close to 6? And a higher tugback closer to 9 or whatever?

1b. So with this in mind, I tried this.. And I felt tug back all the way until I was around 630 in the clock.. Almost straight down.. (I have just started PE btw) so.. DOES THIS MEAN that I can get much gains by stretching down? Or what? I basically would like to know what I should do to get my full potential if I get tugback all the way until I am basically straight down stretching?

2. Is a 6.4 BPEL x 4.4 EG not proportional?
I’m trying to make some serious girth gains fast and I ‘ve read many different ways but I was just wondering what I should settle on? Any miracle working routines out there for girth? My goal is at least 5.0 EG :) . And if you give me a routine or link.. I need some SERIOUS details of how to do these exercises cause I’m still not sure if I’m doing em all right.

Also, forget about fast gains of any kind. It happens sometimes, but you can’t count on it. Those who desire fast gains often try too hard and end up hurrting themselves. Don’t be one of them.

No, no miracles for anyone yet, time and effort come close though.

Agreed. Start with the newbie routine and some realistic expectations. In the first three to six months, most new members seem to be able to gain 0.25” to 0.5”.

Realize that significant gains will invariably require a long term commitment and consistent work ethic.

Thanks dudes.. Yea I’m sticking with the newbie routine for now, although I have found myself taking days off because of a soreness around the base? On the top of it near the place where I measure from. If I push in it’s sore (is that from extreme stretching down?)

From where the gains can be considered fast;let’s say per mounth
