Dear experts,

I have heard that night and morning wood is a positive sign and that the PE sessions are having an effect. However iv been PEing since jan 07 while I have gained a quater inch my night and morning wood has disappeared (after the first month). Is this ok? Also iv noticed my dick keeps turtling soon after the PE session is that a good sign? I also would like other experts to advice me on how often to PE right now I’m doing it 4 times a week, somesay it’s too much while others say to do it everyday. Please help.

No morning wood, turtling, not many gains.kind of the definition of not good.

Sounds like you’re over doing it in my opinion. Just read, read, and then read some more.

BTW, how the heck do people know they get night wood?

I’d take a break (maybe a week or so) then start again slower. Increased EQ lets you know you’re on the right track, increased ED says the opposite.

You have been PEing for a while, are not currently getting gains, and are experiencing negative PI’s?

I would say that the two guys before me are dead on. Take a deconditioning break and rethink your PE strategy while you do. When you do start back up consider giving the less is more school of thought a try. NEW newbie + advanced routine

Depending on your privacy situation hanging might be an option as well.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

I can definitely take a break but my EQ aint that bad. My routine is 5min hot wrap, followed by 15min of dry jelqing in then 5min hot wrap again. Recently instead of hot wrap I started placing my dick in hot water for longer and I noticed the turtling stopped. It really gives a great warm up and down.

I strongly recommend doing a “Cool Down”. It gives me a great hang after my workouts.

I also recommend a ‘cooldown’ after workouts.

It gives you a better flaccid hang, helps with the recovery process and seems to alleviate any soreness that may follow a gruelling pe workout.

I swear by it!

Did you consider any other reasons that might been affecting your PE such as: diet, supplements, any medication, fitness etc.

My prescription: Take a break from your routine for a week, but, in this time do kegels, 20 minutes of 5 second at max force then 20 minutes of max duration at moderate force. Do this one day on one day off, trust me you’ll need the day off. And I suggest you keep the kegels up forever.

Next, don’t ejaculate after you PE, I don’t know if you usually do this but a lot of people seem to. I used to and since I stopped its been much better.

When you start jelqing again, I recommend you do wet jelqs, imo they’re much better. And start out with 1 day on 1 day off, then after a week or so do 2 days on 1 day off then just see how you feel.

If you follow these instructions i’m sure you’ll be amazed by how massively your EQ/night/morning wood increase.

All our friends said wise things, I can suggest you can try to take some vit. E (100 mg a day) and some L arginine ( 1 g a day)

Hey everyone thanks alot for the advice really helpful. Just one more thing, ‘man of 10’ suggested a ‘cool down’ after workout. Now I usually do a hot wrap as instructed by the newbie manual. Wouldn’t placing my dick in cold water cause it to turtle even further?

I want to ask you how many times a week do you masturbate? and How much porn do you watch? I suspect that these two factors have a HUGE impact on Morning / Nightwood.

Your right in associating turtling with being cold. However the key point to note, is that we turtle when our body becomes cold. So reducing the temperature(with cold water for example) of just your unit, won’t cause it to turtle.

A good rule to follow is:

Heat for warm up
Heat throughout workout
Cold to finish workout

When you apply the cold water, make sure your unit is in a good expanded state, as the cooling has the effect of “solidifying” your tunica in its current state(that is if you had enough heat applied throughout your workout).

Morning wood can also be related to a full bladder. The full bladder can also be caused by consuming too much food high in sugar/glucose. The body will attempt to lower your blood glucose levels & produce extra urine. As a type 2 diabetic, I learned this. There are causes & effects to most body activities.

Is this necessarily true?

If it is, I’ve NEVER had night wood. Which I doubt. Especially since I frequently have sexy, though somewhat unsatisfactory, dreams.

I am a deep sleeper, since I’ve done PE my EQ is through the roof, giving me many spontaneous erections during the day.

I can’t think of a good way of knowing if you’ve had it, if it doesn’t wake you.
