Should the cool down be in ice cube temperature or just iced water? Also I only workout 3 days a week trying to go by the less is more attitude.

Cool downs don’t work for everyone…

Sure give it a try but don’t continue if it doesn’t feel right.

Most people do a warm down, which makes sense to me.

Well I do turtle a bit sometimes and I haven’t had morning wood/night wood in more than 3 years or more. Yet I have made some good gains and hopefully will make some more soon.

You said you were gaining some, so I would evaluate other signs such as your hang during the day/ EQ and of course gains. You will realize if you need or not some time of.

The same way the same thing might not work for two people, not all penises experiences the same PI. Hope that helps.

The cooldown has an incredible effect on the penis, it actually makes it hang and remain plump for longer periods than if you had done a ‘warm down’.
