Signs of over training

Hi guys, so I’ve been training for approximately 3 weeks and noticed this morning that I had a very slight, dull pain underneath the base of my penis next to the testicles. I also noticed that since starting, my morning wood (which I used to get around every other day) has completely went away. Are these signs of over training? And if so, should I scale back on my exercises?

I’m up to 160 jelqs, 5 min. Stretching, and 2 X 10 of light squeezes. I have been doing this on a 2 on, 1 off routine.

Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.
