That’s the thing it was during a couple of days off that I saw measured the gains. Nevertheless, I’m pleased thus far.

I’ve been PEing for 3 weeks now and I’ve notice that I hang more when flacid. And I ‘m fat but I don’t get this turtleing every ones been talking about, I guess I’m just lucky.

I know what you mean. I can turtle to 3 inches when I fall on bad times.

You know, some of my best bodybuilding gains came after taking some time of. I’d say go for 8. Set a 12 week goal and see how you fare.

I’m in the US, FL to be exact. Do you currently live in Iraq?

I’ll be 29 in August.

Yeh I noticed from your location thingy, yeh I live in iraq now, I’m hoping to get back to australia sometime in the coming year.

Being 29 I doubt it has to do with hormone levels, your still pretty young, and testosterone only gradually starts to drop after 30, if you keep active who knows how long you can maintain high testosterone levels.

Yeah man, it’s definately not hormones. I think it’s just because I’m new at it and still at a stage in which I’m healing more often then not. Working on conditioning it. But I am growing!
