Hi last week I was doing side to side stretches after proper warming up. Same day I felt pain on the my right upper side of the penis where it meets pubic area. Next day I feel pain on pulling and also I can feel a hard small mass there. Does my side stretches made some injury to the suspensory ligaments? Pain is only while touching or pulling.. Anyone experience the same

This could very well be a sign that you are pulling too hard. These exercises should never be painful or lead to a painful situation. The small mass could very well be a tear. Keep an eye on it, if it gets bigger, you should see a doctor.

Otherwise, take some time off. It could take up to 6 weeks for an injury like this to heal. When the pain is gone, start back slow. Be gentle. It doesn’t necessarily take a lot of pressure to elongate your ligaments. Pulling too hard can just make them stronger that will in turn make them harder to lengthen.

Hi thanks for the advise. Pain gone by today and tomorrow I may start with light exercises. There is a small mass still.. But no pain. I think I can do some warmups and gentle pulls.. Jelqs etc.

Ease into your stretches, like you are warming up - first few should be around 70% pull then ramp up but never to feeling any discomfort. The length in holding your stretches is key too. Starting out don’t go more than 30 seconds with a 30 second rest in between in order to get your ligaments pliable to stretch at all. If you do feel pain, stop right away.

Be present with your routine, don't just glaze over and make it a chore. Change it up at least quarterly - just like a weight workout you need to keep him guessing.

Is it pain or discomfort?
If it is pain then probably is temporary because you have (finally) achieved fatigue in the ligaments of the penis through stretching. And is normal for you to experience discomfort after it because you have deformed it and you have now 2 choices: first keep the exercise in a lower intensity so you can ride the fatigue, thus leading gains; Second: rest and as it was deformed it will heal tighter and stronger because you let it heal, none to minimal gains.
That small mass probably is the protuberance of your ligaments, there is nothing to worry about.
