Sick of no gains.
I have not seen gains in nearly 2 months now guys and it’s starting to get to me. I have increased my routine and I have had no injuries. I just don’t know where to go from here. My penis can take it if I increase my routine further, I just don’t know if it is recommended.
Stats EL 5.5inch EG5.2
5 minute warm up
30 second Up,down,left,right
Followed by internal penis stretch
Then circular motion stretch
5 minutes 5 second stroke Jelq
Slinky motion reverse
Clamp 2-5 minutes
3-5 minutes 5 second stroke Jelq
2 days on, one day off.
I don’t feel I need a decon break, as I have only been doing this for four months and my penis does not feel fatigued.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
