Sick of no gains.

Sick of no gains.

I have not seen gains in nearly 2 months now guys and it’s starting to get to me. I have increased my routine and I have had no injuries. I just don’t know where to go from here. My penis can take it if I increase my routine further, I just don’t know if it is recommended.

Stats EL 5.5inch EG5.2

5 minute warm up

Stretches
3x
30 second Up,down,left,right
Followed by internal penis stretch
Then circular motion stretch

5 minutes 5 second stroke Jelq
Slinky motion reverse

Clamp 2-5 minutes

3-5 minutes 5 second stroke Jelq

Warm down.

Rest days
2 days on, one day off.

I don’t feel I need a decon break, as I have only been doing this for four months and my penis does not feel fatigued.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It seems you maybe be doing to many DIFFERENT exercises but too little of each one. I to did this when I first started off without any gains. I started a whole new routine that focus’s on one specific excerise per that day. I constantly changed my routine daily from ALL stretching one day to ALL jelqing to ALL clamping. Of course I always start off with a warm-up.

It seems your switching from jelq to clamp to stretching constantly and your not putting enough time into each of the exercises for it to be effective. I believe that may be a reason why Ur not experiencing any gains.

Yup. Try building up to 30 minutes of jelqing. Three days on, two days off. Start at 10 minutes the first week, then 15, 20, and 30. Become a jelqing black belt. Do low erection (10-15% tops) jelqs at a downward angle for length, higher erection (40-50%) levels for girth. Make jelqing the backbone of your routine, and add other exercises to keep your unit guessing (in addition to jelqing—always jelq!) Also try doing one more intensive session a week where you really work you unit. You need to get to the point of fatigue to know where that point is, then watch PIs to learn to manage fatigue, when to rest and for how long, etc. Do some stretching before and after after your jelq sessions, and do piss pulls throughout the day. To finish your session, spend a few minutes massaging your unit, then get a 100% erection and edge for at least 10 minutes before warming down.

Right now you’re doing a very light 15-20 minute routine. You need to work up to doing a 45 minute to 1 hour routine at least three times a week.

I agree with cheeva in that you’re going to have to step it up a bit and become more focused on your goal. You’re going to find that you’re going to get different advice from different people because of our individual experience in what we found successful and you’re going to have to decide what you like and can fit into your lifestyle. Me, I made my gains without jelqing I only performed manual stretches and hanging, multiple sets per day without days off. I would suggest choosing a length exercise that you enjoy and gradually increase the frequency and intensity until you start to experience gains. When gains slow or stop then mix it up again. My gains have slowed recently, so hell I may try Cheeva’s black belt jelquing routine myself.

Cheeva is right. You are probably conditioned pretty well by now. Thus, you can kick your routine up a little. You have to hit a certain threshold of intensity to make true gains. Jelqing is the best tool to start with. You will get some girth and some length if you do it long enough and intense enough. Later, use clamping for girth and/or hanging for length. Those tools can take you to the next level of gains. Just be careful, but be intense enough to get the gains.

I am on PE for a bit over 3 month now and I don’t see any erect gains. Now it’s 2 weeks that I noticed a bigger flaccid penis. I think this is the beginning of the growth. So just be patient and be constant with your training. I think we need at least 6 months to see measurable results.

If you want more length then I would suggest stretching for longer periods of time. Don’t underestimate the power of a manual stretch, I can see you are already doing manual stretches but try to hold them for a minute, or a minute and half. I have gained .8” just from manual stretches and jelqing in 5 months of PE. I jelq for just 10 minutes and stretch for 10 or maybe 15 minutes daily. Also, you might consider taking clamping out of your routine. Many believe that going for girth (especially such an intense girth routine like clamping) will hinder length gains.
