Hi,

Been a while since I posted, but have been actively jelqing and stretching going on 3 years now. Good gains, almost an inch in length and 3/4” in girth. Flaccid is immense, I was always a grower but now mostly a show-er. I maintain a 5 days on and weekends off routing of strictly jelqing and stretching - no devices other than an occasional clamping session when I have the privacy.

My issue is a bad strep throat/sinus infection knocked me out for 10 days, in which I did no PE whatsoever. I noticed my flaccid went back to pre-PE days which caused me some concern. I thought by now I would have concreted those gains in, unless flaccid doesn’t get concreted? My erect measurements were nearly the same, only the girth was a bit smaller. I started back up 2 days ago, easing back in, and the flaccid measurements are coming back a bit.

Has anyone experienced this before? Could it have just been my illness that made him smaller?

Be present with your routine, don't just glaze over and make it a chore. Change it up at least quarterly - just like a weight workout you need to keep him guessing.

Same thing happens to my flaccid during a pe break. The length stays but my girth drops a bit. I started supplementing Arginine to promote blood flow. It helps.

Come to think of it, I’ve panicked over sick days for similar reasons. Takes a few weeks or a month to come all the way back if I’m really sick. Usually no erect change but flaccid, it can be scary.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I wouldn’t worry about it, if it shrinks that fast I feel like some bloodflow improvement would fix it.

A month? Wow! And to add in the cold winter coming to add to the shrinkage..
