Hi, I’ve just come across this site after googling for ages trying to find info about what to do..

I’ve been disabled for several years with chronic fatigue syndrome. It has frequently affected my ability to get stiff which isn’t surprising but my health has improved recently and I am desperate to get back what I’ve lost!

Over the last few years my penis in its flaccid state has gotten smaller and smaller. To the extent where my already a bit oversized foreskin is really uncomfortable most of the time. Also when it’s erect it’s the same sort of length as before but a bit narrower although it’s an OK size - well I’ve been told it’s big by all the women who’ve seen it anyway! Also it seems to shrivel up even more than normal when I’ve just cum.

I also really struggle to get an erection and I’ve had to resort to using cialis on a few occasions. I’m divorced now, which doesn’t help - it’s getting a lot less excercise than it used to and to be honest I find porn fairly underwhelming compared to the real thing so I’m probably not masturbating enough!

So the question is.. Where do I start? What excercises do you guys suggest to get going with? For me the main problem that I want to tackle is the erectile dysfunction. So far with trial and error I’ve found that if I get an erection whenever possible and masturbate but don’t cum then it seems to help but to be honest I don’t really know what I’m doing!

I suggest you start from the linear newbie routine - check the newbie forum, than the ‘Newbies start here’ thread.

It is hard to say how much of wha you are seeing is real shrinking and how much is coming from your head, so to speak, since you sound kinda depressed. I suggest you start a personal log on this forum, so you can have the motivation and encouragement of other fellows.

About ED, vacuum pump and jelqs can help, but not overnight. If you have an affair next week, you’ll have to use viagra or similars; but on the long run things will improve if you are consistent.

Have you gotten a blood test - especially a testosterone test? Lower testosterone levels do cause fatigue and weaker erections. Kegels also really do work.

I second what carrotsrorange said, and do some exercise.

Start with a newbie routine!
ED: How’s the diet? Getting your sleep? Two very important parts. There are many people here with ED problems so you will not be alone in trying to deal with it. I personally don’t use drugs. I’m probably missing out on something but with a bad liver poisons are not welcome in my body.

Wow thanks for all that advice! I’ll read up on the newbie routine and make a start!

My diet is pretty good and I’m not very overweight (though I was) but I do have to take quite a lot of medication which I suspect really isn’t helping. I also don’t get enough sleep or excercise - again due to my health problems. Even a little bit too much excercise can completely wipe me out. But I ain’t depressed :) just a bit naffed off about my shrinking cock. I’ll be happy to see even a little improvement at first - I’ve got some cialis which does work for me in the short term if I get lucky!
