Hi All,

Is there an archive I can visti regarding shinkage? If not, when I’m soft only my gland protrudes from my body. It does not have to be cold. Only if it is very hot does my penis extend flacid. I gain greatly to erection, being average (when I start a solid routine I’ll post stats). Plus I’m uncut with a very healthy loose forskin. I have trouble with Jelq because of my foreskin and .. I have about a size 14.75 ring size (wedding ring finger). I have very large hands manking average not so average. I want to make leangth gains. I content with my circumference, for now.

Other relevant info: I have a left curve that I am very happy to have and do not want to loose. I have a very stiff upward pointing erection, and no ED (my heart goes out). I ecaculate two to four time daily and have for 25 years. I have woked hard on my love making belive PE did not work but still loooking for some hope I found this site. Now you know everything yoou need to point me in the right direction. Thanks for any help.

I used to have a bad turtle-ing problem, but I’ve trained my penis to hang longer. Bed fowfers and piss pulls helped a lot.

I’m 6’2” tall and weight about 280 lbs (I’ve lose close to 100 lbs with 50 to go). I’m 37, married, 3 children (two are 13 yrs and 1 is 10 yrs). I have large skeletal bones and I’m a 1/2 pack a day smoker. Sorry for the spelling. The pages auto check makes suggestions but I need to review better.

I have been looking at modifying a set of tongs for jelq assistance.

Does a stretcher, like the one Tom Hubbard made work as well as hanging. Hanging is a bit inconvenient in my house the time and privacy issues. It will be easier in the summer when our house is not as busy.

Regarding shrinkage: Around here shrinkage is called what happens when you injure your dick (it’s basically a healing response of your body).
I’m not quite sure if you are on about this kinda shrinkage.

Of course there’s the cold water shrinkage for all the same reasons (protecting your dick from harm) ;)

Jelqing isn’t exactly an exercise for length, but for girth.
Try concentrating on manual stretches and fowlers (search!).
Hanging may go overboard when you just started. Your dick has to become used to the exercises first.

Think about hanging when you find the newbie exercise (AKA 10 min warmup, 5 min manual stretches, 5 min jelqing, 5 min warmdown) doesn’t give any more results.

Dont forget: PE isn’t a sprint, but a marathon.
It’s about _encouraging_ growth, _NOT_ forcing it.

Your concern is with your dick shrinking when not erect? That is commonly referred to as “turtling” here. Often flaccid size increases with PE, different people swear to different methods for gaining flaccid size. I’d suggest you read Big Girta’s thread “don’t measure it weigh it”. In my experience, flaccid size increased when I started using an ADS; in my case I started wrapping (search for “wrapping for passive PE) between sets and that increased size (also search for “it’s a wrap” and HTW, I forget who started the thread). Then I started using a homemade extender (search for “legXtender” and “SuckXtender”). Other people use PE weights or AutoADS.

My understanding of what increases the flaccid size is that the tunica consists of a really strong type of fiber (forget the name) with elastin fibers interwoven in the structure. The elastin fibers are like rubber bands that pull the penis short when not erect. When you damage the elastin fibers, they loose elasticity and you get a bigger flaccid. Damaging the elastin fibers is likely done by stretching, hanging etc but I believe it is good to keep them stretched afterwards to keep them from getting a chance to repair themselves properly = ADS of some sort.

Turtling is what I was asking about. I an currently doing manual stretching 10 to 15 min and then 15 min of jelq. With a hot face cloth wrap before and after. Suggestion on grip improvement? Thanks for the replies.

Oh and while we are at the topic of ADS:
I finally got around to including bed fowlers to my daily routine.. even to the point where I woke up with mildy sore muscles in my legs (yeah I’m a geek ;) ), because I apparently was holding and readjusting my dick during sleep.
Talk about obsession hehe

Anyways: My hang after such a good night of fowling is much, much better than usually.

On a sidenote: While reading the thread about clamped squeezes (kinda) someone brought up lately I found a new thingy: Clamp manually at the base, massage your dick to a half / three quarters erection BY squeezing the head a little (as in the clamp squeeze thingy).
It really helps my dick’s overall health. And it even seems to hit on my erect girth although I need more proof for this. Talk to me in a few months from now again :)

Stretchers, and ADS’s in general will not put the strain on certain areas that hanging does. I would suggest doing the newbie routine for the first few months before you think about spending money or wasting time making any gadgets.

If you are doing wet jelq, get some type of lubricant. I dry jelq mostly, but there are threads talking about what lubes work best. As far as the grip, I use an overhand “okay” grip for jelqing and I do it very slowly. I also use a two hand grip with my thumb and forefinger on top and bottom respectively, avoiding the urethra and the dorsal nerve. For stretching I pull back any loose skin and use an overhand “okay” grip at the circumcision scar and squeeze hard enough that I can’t slip out no matter how hard I pull. Make sure your hands are dry for stretching.
