Shrinkage after jelq

Hey,

For jelq
I dunno if am doing it right so I kept the routine light
I don’t think am going that rough and am afraid am not firm enough

I did decreased my jelq from 300rep to 100 I keep shrinking I decreased to 50 I keep shrinking what am doing wrong

My routine is
Warming: I use electronic heat pad 5m
Stretching 2.5m 30 sec very gently
Jelq 50normal 50over hand a littile bit firm
Warming: 3m

I did decreased the reps and I still getting shrinking

Is it just me or am I doing it wrong

Please advise

Well couple of hours (max 4) or minutes (minimum 30m)
After thats supposed to be fully and hanging well its not just a slightly bit bigger than shrinking

Probably your grip pressure on jelqs or pulling force on stretches.

Since you decreased your routine and still have the problem, my opinion is to take few days off PE.

After the rest, easy up the intensity and restart with Linear Newbie Routine.

How many days should I rest!?

And if am going easy my grip would be like touching my self

Like I told you am doing it very gently I don’t force my grip a lot, just a little bit grip that flows the blood and my stretching not even that strong I don’t feel like am pulling it off its a gently and light stretching I don’t feel pain or uncomfortable with,

And the morning wood erection increased isn’t it a good sign because my morning wood is stronger than before like a lot or should I have both!

Alternating days: 1 ON followed by 1 OFF.

If your grip is right and you are still shrinking, could be the quantity.

Anyway, after your rest I believe that Linear Newbie Routine will fit you perfectly.

If this does not work, report in to us, then we plan what to do next. One way or another you will get out of here with a bigger penis.

Just follow the words of Lenny, also I suggest to try to cut the stretching, that could be the problem.

A bit of shrinkage is normal right after a stretching routine but not after jelqing. Like Lenny said, cut the stretching and go easy on the jelqing. You are going to need a easy conditioning period to slowly work up to an an effective growth workout.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
