Should you choose one exercise which one would it be

Should you choose one exercise which one would it be

Should you be a lazy trainer and willing to choose just one exercise to perform to keep penis in good health and expecting some growth (both length and girth) which one would you choose?

I would warm up and put clamp on, thats it.


Start 20.4.2010: BPEL = 6.6 EG = 4.3 EGB = 4.8

Current: BPEL = 6.9 EG = 4.7 EGB = 4.9

Goal: BPEL = 7.5 EG = 5+

I would stick with the standard jelq. It works both length and girth.

Jelq.

Hanging. I’ve gained both base girth & length.

Plus I can do other things while I’m hanging (multi-task). Well… sort of (I have to tighten the hanger every so often during a set)

Jelq is great of course too, that’s all some guys ever need to reach their goals (both length & girth)

This is my new favorite thing to do when I get those lazy days I do not want to hang, or when I cant hang due to my erection not fading.
