I seem to get less and less spontaneous woodies when I started working out, but the overall quality of an erection I get when I masturbate is much better.

So, that’s a negative and a positive indicator at the same time. I really want to get more spontaneous erections, because it gives me a much better feel my dick is working.

I’m assuming by working out you mean PE. Maybe try lightening up on your routine a little bit. It could be that you are doing a little too much but not enough to hurt yourself.

Just my opinion from the info provided.

Damn kounteron, that is a good question. How much is “less and less”? I will admit to the same situation but then the spontaneous wood came back with a vengence. But one man’s reaction to PE is different to another so don’t count on this.

The sensible part of me says that any negative PI is bad regardless of some associated positive indicators. If you make your routine a little gentler, (I assume you are still on the beginner’s routine if you started in mid January), see if you regain those random erections again.

Interesting observation. I think I had/have similar indicators, my size was better, but my spontaneous erections were less frequent. I am taking a decon breaks from time to time. I always admire some users here on thunder who do a hanging with lower weights on a day off, so basically there is no rest for them, and still their units work nice.

Yeah, they balance, but I figured I would get increased quality in 2 weeks. :? I’ll wait more I guess.
