Should newbies pump or just manual exercise

Should newbies pump or just manual exercise

I got a big question and would like as much feed back from as many members as possible. I read somewhere someone saying you should just do manual exercises to start with and get the most outta that. I got a bathmate but haven’t started really using it yet and I’m wondering whats the best way to go. I’ve never done any PE before and wanna know everybodys opinion on this

The newbie routine is a tried and true, tested method that produces the best results and the least injuries. It helps with conditioning and familiarization with ones penis anatomy and function as much as producing gains. Many guys stick with the newbie routine for quite a while longer than they’d intended because of the steady gains they achieve. After a few months of conditioning and training you can then decide to move on to more advanced exercises.

Let your bathmate rest for at least 3 months and measure once a month while on the newbie routine.
You will notice with very high probability gains if you are consistent enough.
So as long as you gain with the newbie routine there is absolutely no reason to change it.

The newbie routine is universal and has all the necessary ingredients for success.
So go safe and go for the proven way. A bathmate will probably get you better result with a conditioned dick.

Modified forum rule #69: Your avatar must show a JUICY ass, may it be female, male, mermaid, even sheep or horses are accepted. :-)

Start with the newbie routine. Take it easy and slow at first dude.

Although everyone will agree that the newbie routine is the best place to start, I don’t see any problem with using the bathmate as an ‘alternative’ session once or twice a week. The biggest problem with them is they don’t have a guage, and it’s easy to get carried away with too much vacuum. Avoid that and have fun learning how to get the best out of it. Light pumping shouldn’t mess up your progress, whereas jumping into advanced manual exercises or clamping too soon most certainly will.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

In big letters across the top of the Newbie Forum it has a link to the newbie routine. Patiently Growin has also linked it in post 3 above!

Yes, he is talking about the newbie routine. There are two basic foundational routines called Newbie Routine or Linear Newbie Routine. The latter takes a more gradual approach to increasing time and quantity of exercises.

They both work but only you can determine which one will work the best for you.
