Hey guys ..I’m not gonna lie I was being lazy and not doing PE and jacking off and I found the problem. It turns out that when I don’t jerk off its relatively easy. But when I combine abstinence with PE then it gets bad. Its not length, its jelqing. When I jelq it makes me wanna jerk off. So I’m asking should I just do a length only routine and if so for how long until you suggest I jelq again? Also I will follow advice and do length every day or every two days and one off.

Jelqing is very important. You won’t get too many gains without jelqing, so masturbate away. Just don’t combine it with your routine. Edging is fine as long as you don’t go over the edge. Keep at least 20 minutes between your routine and masturbation in order not to loose gains I have found worked for me. Although an hour is better. Hope this helps.
