Should I Warmupwarmdown on the newbie routine
I know that it is very much recommended to warm up and the then warm down after a workout but I can’t remember what thread it was
But it said that apparently if you do warmup it stiffens up your ligs or can do so and people on that same thread said they have gained without actually doing
Any sort of warmup just straight into the stretching and jelqiing
Love to know what you gluys think about this and if it could work
