Should I take a break?
During my entire PE history I have skipped from routine to routine. I really feel I could have gained more if I stuck with one routine. My body seems to gain ( Working out) from doing both light work and very hard work. Here is my current routine for the last 3 weeks or so.
Rest for 5 minutes
clamp for 10 minutes
All of my jelqs are done at about 80% erection level and my expansion in the clamp and during the Ulis is over a half inch. Now my main goal is girth. I will take anything I can get. If I took 3 weeks to a month off would it help? After that I would just jelq. I would just like to get a set routine and stick with it ( I have with my current one longer than any other and I love the expansion) and gain. Or should I stick with my current one and see if I gain in a month or two then take a break? I would really love some feedback.
Start 2007: 6.75" BPEL-4.9" EGMS- 5.5" Base Girth
Current: 7" BPEL-5.1" EGMS- 5.8" Base Girth
Goal: 7.5" BPEL-6.5" EGMS- 7" Base Girth
