Should I stop masturbating,ejaculating

Dudes,I’m newb,18,and I’ve seen some guys posting that they stopped masturbating or reduces ejaculations for a couple of times a week for example, cause it might interfere with results, so 2 questions, should masturbation,ejaculation be controlled?, does it give better results?,now,I usually masturbate before or after my routines, usually once a day, is there a problem with doing it before or after?, like I said I’m a beginner so, any help is good thanks

If you masturbate or ejaculate 5 hours after PE you should be fine.
If you can just masturbate and ejaculate on your rest day, it might help your erection quality and help you cope with your porn addiction.

Before PE (only 2 weeks ago) I would masturbate at least 5 times a week. Since then I have been more concentrated on PE which has taken my mind off “getting off”. Sex with my wife only occurs on the weekends due to our schedules. I have found that abstaining from jerking it not only makes the sex we have “feel” better, but also makes me more driven towards the end of the week to kick the field goal.

Also before I started PE was an every day porn addict. I would watch it not only during masturbation but even on my lunch break just to past the time. With so much emphasis on EQ, and how important it is to monitor data to day I have quit all together so when I go to measure (EQ) it is a more accurate reading. Just my two cents.
