Should I start

I am into Weightlifting, and was thinking, why not try this too. I don’t think I have a very small tool, but If I could add about an inch to it by summer, why the heck not.

I haven’t read a lot on here, but it looks like the workouts last around an hour, and I don’t think I can spend so much time on this. I could do this, Tuesday, Thursday, and on weekends. And I won’t be using lube or any other devices either. I am looking for my workouts to take 30 mins at max.

So should I start doing this, and if yes anyone wanna give me a workout and maybe some advice? :P

I’m normally not one to turn anyone away from PE but if you expect to half assedly do a PE routine and then gain from it you should just not not do it at all and save your time.

Four days a week spread out that way and only 30 minutes each time is in my opinion not going to gain you anything.

I cant believe that you couldn’t find an hour each day to make your dick bigger.
An hour before you go to work or an hour before you go to bed would be all that it would take.

Even if you don’t have a small dick ( most people here don’t either) you must have always wondered what another inch added to your length or girth would be like.

All in all PE is much like weight lifting and has been compared to it many times. Just like weight lifting you get out of PE what you put in. And if your just going to put in a half assed workout every once in a while you cant expect to make any real gain.

Welcome to the forum alxleath. The Newbie Routine is the best place to start and doesn’t take an hour to start with. Wet jelqing is better than dry in my opinion; why don’t you want to use lube?

Yeah, wet jelqing is better as I was able to find out during my experiments.

I am doing 15 minutes of PE per day right now and it sure has given me gains in the length as well as in the girth department. It’s definitly worth a try. C’mon, 15 minutes a day…

15 mins a day, every day would be ok. But 1 hour a day is just to much.

I don’t know where you got the idea that 1 hour per session is required. 15 minutes would be the preferred routine.

That’s fine. Also how important are warm ups. I don’t live alone so I don’t want to get messy or wet, and if I need to I need hide everything in split seconds and stop.

I never did them and my PE journey is successful. Most vets recommend them though, at least for safety reasons. In my opinion that reason becomes invalid when you execute the exercises correctly. Take a look at the video series for a good demonstration.

In my opinion, Warm-ups are VERY important! Not only to make sure you don’t injure your dick (which is a bad thing) But it also helps your gains, by loosening up the tissues, making them easier to stretch and more easily expandable.

I’m not sure what you do, but like alxleath I know I couldn’t find an entire hour for my workouts.

Well kevin I do four 15 minute sets of clamping with 2-3 minute rests between sets. That’s about an hour. And I’m absolutely sure that you could find at least an hour to do PE. Unless your a single parent raising 2-5 kids working two jobs. Then I could see you not being able to find an hour.

Otherwise I think you may just be over exaggerating your time constraints.

Okay,

3 * (15+2.5) + 15 = 67.5mins

Give it say 5mins all purpose additional time (getting clamps/getting erection/clean up):

67.5 + 5 = 72.5mins/workout

Say 5 days per week:

72.5 * 5 = 362.5mins/week

Which translates to 3.6% of your total week or about 5.1% if you take an average day to be 17hrs.
Which translates to 13 entire days of each year spent clamping.

The fact is, an hour is something.
Toss in an average of 1.25hr/day spent at the gym and travelling to the gym and you have to ask yourself which is more important, your physical health or your penis size.

I don’t know too many people with full time jobs and social lives that have about 2 1/4 - 2 1/2hrs a day to dedicate to exercising.

The fact is that PE isn’t for everyone. I’ve had a hard time managing a PE schedule to the point where I feel I am getting decent time input vs gains output. If the OP is the kind of guy that doesn’t enjoy working out if he isn’t doing it right (and by that I mean dedicated and efficient), then he might find it’s hard to continually PE without losing interest or considering it futile. This is especially the case if he is comfortable with the size of his penis already.

Well satiate let me give you an example.

Wake up at 5 Am do an hour to an hour and a half PE routine ( or go to the gym).

Go to work at 6:30-7:00

Get off work at 3:00-4:00

Go out with friends, stay home and watch tv or take care of your kids and stuff.

You get done around 10:00 or 11:00 doing whatever.

Then take an hour or so and go to the gym or do your PE exercise.

Then go to sleep.

Many people including me have schedules like this. To say that you cant find 2 1/2 hours or so to take care of your over all health in a 24 hour day is just not true.

Hell I have a friend that has a full load of college classes and a full time job and he still finds time to go out with us. Granted he doesn’t workout but he does spend about 3 hours a day smoking pot and playing video games.

I said my routine was about ( that’s ABOUT ) an hour. Didn’t say it was an exact hour. Now that I read it it does sound like I was saying it was under an hour but that’s not what I meant.

Thank you though for that bit of math. Now I know about how much time I spend with PE. Not that it really helps me in any way but thanks none the less.

I didn’t mean to degrade you in any way with my response. I only meant to indicate that 1 hour per day on average can be a lot of time to dedicate to something if you’re unsure about getting into it. As the OP said, he isn’t all that concerned with the size of his penis. At least that’s the vibe I got.

I only commented because I’ve been having problems with consistency and I believe my lack of gains in the girth department is at least in part due to that inconsistency with any PE routine.
