Should I start over

So I started the JP90 routine and stuck to it for 3 or so weeks. Then we moved apartments, I got busy, and then sick so I’ve missed the last two weeks of training. Considering I’ve taken about as much time off as I had on should I just scrap my progress and start the routine again from day 1?

I think an accelerated starting over will be ok. It is just like working out. Start slow and then move fast to catch up to your usual pace.
