Should I feel pressure in my head while jelquing?

Should I feel pressure in my head while jelquing?

Through every good jelq, should I feel some pressure in the head of my penis? Should I make my strokes longer to make this pressure feeling stronger?

It depends on which grip you use. If you’re using the “OK” grip then some part of your fingers are probably over the corpus spongiosum (CS - the ridge on the underside that contains the urethra). That part of the penis is directly connected to the glans (head). The corpora cavernosa (CC), the two main erectile chambers, are not. So if you’re compressing the CS you’ll feel it in the glans. See: penis graphic.

Most guys are trying to enlarge the CC so making the pressure on the CS last longer won’t necessarily be helpful, although it won’t hurt anything either.

In my experience, pressure in the head is a good thing. It makes your glans bigger which results in more pleasure for the female.

Do you guys think putting pressure on the urethra is a bad idea? Like those people who have severely damaged their penises by putting pressure on the urethra, no? Can I still maintain gains if I just put pressure on the left/right sides instead of all around by doing the OK grip?
