Should I Feel Fatigued After My Workout
I am in my 1st week of training and I am doing the Newbie routine. After, I definitely feel fatigued. No more different than working out my arms or chest, but the little guy is definitely tired. I am not asking this totally uninformed. Reading Sparx thread Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! made me realize I wasn’t getting negative PI’s. But I was just wondering if this was a normal feeling and what I should be feeling to see gains slowly over time. Thanks!
