Should I Feel Fatigued After My Workout

Should I Feel Fatigued After My Workout

I am in my 1st week of training and I am doing the Newbie routine. After, I definitely feel fatigued. No more different than working out my arms or chest, but the little guy is definitely tired. I am not asking this totally uninformed. Reading Sparx thread Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! made me realize I wasn’t getting negative PI’s. But I was just wondering if this was a normal feeling and what I should be feeling to see gains slowly over time. Thanks!

I never feel fatigued after my routine. But, I have read that it isn’t a bad thing, as long as you aren’t in any pain.

It is not uncommon. I often felt “worked” after a good jelq session, but not damaged or painful. Often times when wearing a traction style ADS, you will get the “burns” as I’m sure many ADS guys can relate to. You are pushing your unit beyond it’s normal limits and routines, but gently. Time is your friend, not power PE! Nice steady slow gradual work = growth.

I would say I am giving it about a 7 or 8 (1-10, 10 being way too aggresive). I don’t hurt. I am feeling a real stretch afterwards for hours. No pain or discomfort. I will keep good watch, not change my routine and just monitor the PI’s. If I’m not hurting or damaging anything, then I guess I am doing OK for now.

Thanks Enig.

Try to keep it under “5.”

I don’t feel any fatigue afterwards, only the sensation of a longer flaccid. Honestly, I didn’t even feel like I was doing enough because of the lack of fatigueness but, I’ve gained about .7” with a month of PE

WOW! No fatigue. OK, I will throttle down a bit. Thank you guys for the information and help.

Kingpole,What’s with this about wanting to never feel fatigued?

How do you know it’s going to work if you don’t feel like you actually did anything?

I think that ones penis should feel different after a good session just as ones muscles feel well worked after doing any sort of workout.:)

Best advice

The best advice I have read on this forum is the following:

Your cock should feel fatigued, but, you still should be able to get it up and blow your load. If you absolutely cannot get it up and blow your load, then you worked your cock too hard.. It is as simple as that.

I have followed this advice for 8 months and have seen good gains and never had an injury.

Mmm yeah that’s what I usually go for myself:)
