Should I expect any significant gains
I figured out early that I’m a hard gainer, so the following routein is only done about 3 days a week, my LOT is 7-8:00 so I’m stretching out and up, Also I’m focusing on my tunica so I’m doing about 90% length and about 10% girth (I think)
So I’m fixing a curve that’s pointing to the left.
I’m currently doing; 109 jai (to the right), 3 minutes of internal stretches (to the right) 3 minutes of BTC reps, 12 minutes of jelqing, @ 30%-40% erection level that include 30 side jelqs, once I finish the side jelqs which takes about 5 minutes I do 7 minutes of mini jelqs that focus on my left corpus chamber.
I am also doing ADS with autoextender and using a universal strap so my penis is being stretched up
Let me know if I need to change my routein at all and if I need to do more girth exercises. I enjoy critisism when it comes to my PE
