Should I expect any significant gains

I figured out early that I’m a hard gainer, so the following routein is only done about 3 days a week, my LOT is 7-8:00 so I’m stretching out and up, Also I’m focusing on my tunica so I’m doing about 90% length and about 10% girth (I think)
So I’m fixing a curve that’s pointing to the left.
I’m currently doing; 109 jai (to the right), 3 minutes of internal stretches (to the right) 3 minutes of BTC reps, 12 minutes of jelqing, @ 30%-40% erection level that include 30 side jelqs, once I finish the side jelqs which takes about 5 minutes I do 7 minutes of mini jelqs that focus on my left corpus chamber.

I am also doing ADS with autoextender and using a universal strap so my penis is being stretched up

Let me know if I need to change my routein at all and if I need to do more girth exercises. I enjoy critisism when it comes to my PE

Jelq at about 50-60% erection. I wouldn’t suggest jelqing ‘to a side’ or against the curve as somebody else advice, because the stress is not applied in a uniform way and this is not good with jelqs.

Stretching SU will give you about no gains; forget about LOT theory, the most productive stretches are SD and SO; when stretching SU you are applying most of the force on the ventral side of the penis which has no tunica albuginea, so it will be very little effective.

3 days a week can be enough for girth exercises, stretches are more effective if done at least 4 times per week, even if you do just a quick session at mild intensity.

Vitamin E supplementation seems to help a bit in reducing curves.

My unit doesn’t have an insane curve to it, just strictly for asthetics really.

Bio-oil has vitamine E oil in it, I use the bio-oil with a water based lube. Should I take a vitamine E orally? (Not the oil obviously LOL)

If your curve is not severe, I wouldn’t care much about. Actually many women do find a penis sligthly curved better in targeting some spots inside the vagina.

Yes you should take vitamin oil orally, I don’t think it is absorded through skin, although I could be wrong. Re-reading your post I have seen you are uisng an extender; in this case you can get rid of manual stretches maybe. But do jelqs or your EQ will lowers in the long run.

No. Most of the gains people get are not “significant” in terms of numbers. However, a little bit of gains can go a long way in terms of your partner(s) noticing and in terms of your own self-confidence. If you do it right, you can get gains that significantly improve your feelings about yourself.

This has been my experience. I’ve gained about .25” in both length and girth after 2.5 years of PE. Not significant by statistical terms. Nevertheless, PE has changed my self-image to a more positive one, and that is worth far more than any “significant” gains on the ruler.

Aside from the newbie gains I experienced at the beginning of my PE en devours, I have only gained about an eight of an inch. Since PEing I have had three different women say that I was the biggest (HooRAH!) and my flaccid hang is much larger which is good cause it shows through my pants and I have caught women staring at my crotch, and I go to the gym as well and I don’t do that awkward lean forward, hip turned, hand on unit trying to hid my “shame”

So over-all PEing has changed my life, and its just going to get bigger and better. Life and my unit.
