Should I do kegels?
I was wondering if I could get my erections more maintainable and looked into kegels.
The exercise is to help with weak bladders, but also helps maintaining erections and makes it harder.
I have read how to perform these exercises so I’m not asking how to do them.
I read somewhere that is you have a tight pelvic kegels might be bad for you so, my real question is,
Do I have a tight pelvic floor?
Here is some insight on my pelvis habits.
Sometime after masturbating I get a hard flaccid, only sometimes though.
I have experienced some sharp pain in my pelvic, anus area but it went away in like 2 seconds I’m only experiencing this when my perineum area fells numb
I kinda have to squeeze out the last drop of urine like a kegel move when I take a piss.
After masturbation my pelvis feels a little numb
I notice I have a tendency to clench the pelvic floor like when I’m doing something physical when I’m stressed
I have to urinate more than normal I think
So is this a sign of a weak/tight pelvic ?
