Should I do hanging?

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for 3 months. Eventually reaching 10-15 mins of stretching and 30 mins of jelqing (2 days PE 1 day rest). I gained around 1 cm to length, almost no girth gains. I’ve stopped seeing gains in the last few weeks.
Is it time for me to proceed to hanging, or should I do something else?

I’d say take a week off than start again, see if you can gain something more. You are doing less than 1 hour per day of PE; hanging will require way more time to give gains, probably, so better you get the most you can from manual exercises.

I’ve read some comments saying too much jelqing and stretching a day is not effective.

When I first “got my inch,” I had no more information than a brochure from a company that sold weights. That was in 1996. I followed their instructions. It worked. I didn’t know anything about manual techniques. Then, a little while later, after I had a web site going (or maybe it was here, I don’t know) this came along:

“I am 33, and I know of penis enlarging methods since I was a teenager. It used to be a “secret” …. A boy would say “I think my penis is small…” and the good friend's advice would be “Then why don't you pull it out?”. We had no idea were this method came from and we had no idea what an average penis would be. No one ever tried to make money from nobody. We just transferred this knowledge as we had learned it from other older boys…. One would stretch his penis in a semi-erect condition by pulling it outwards, stretching it “till it hurts”…. This had results and I hadn't heard of anyone disappointed…. We did that stretching in no particular order and no particular program. The more the reps, the more the results…”

I encourage you to keep that in mind as you explore techniques. The fact that you’ve got a community of hundreds of thousands of guys talking about PE, some talking with (perhaps self-assigned) authority, some throwing about scientific insights (or obfuscations) doesn’t necessarily mean anybody’s really gotten beyond “why don’t you pull it out?”

The criterion I’ve been using for several months now is simple: if a routine leaves you longer afterward, it may be preferable to one that leaves you shorter. I don’t know how that would help establish the efficacy of a certain quantity of stretching in a day. I’ve been meaning to beat the shit out of my dick (figuratively speaking) one day with my new routine (today renamed Jelq 2.0, yay, don’t bother googling it, I am invisible) to try to answer that question at least for me.

Bleh, I’m rambling. My answer: answer your question for yourself. Experiment, and listen to your body, which nobody else can do for you.

Most of people can do more stretching per day without overtraining. More time at moderate tension will yeld easier length gains to most of people. I’d start with 10 minutes per day and add 5 minutes per week untill you are doing 30 minutes per day of stretching; after a couple of weeks mix fulcrum stretches in your routine. Jelqs are enough.

Of course this is just an opinion, what would I do in your pants before going into hanging/extending.
