Is more rest better?
Or should I follow the typical 2 days ON, 1 day OFF routine?

After you’ve done it for a while taking a break sometimes brings on gains. But to start out you should stick to the routine as planned.

I think you should do 1 day on and 2 days off. In my opinion, more rest is better.

Start with 2 on 1 off. 1 on 2 off is probably to little exercise to make PE work for you.

Babbis obviously doesn’t want you to get ahead of him in the progess department. :) You exercise days should exceed your rest days, so for a minimum, 2 on 1 off.

Just trying to help. Broke a 6 month plateau with IPR-protocol and gained 0,8cm in 18 days. Gained 0,5cm in my last cycle. Good luck anyways!
